It’s official…Plat E-recording in Catawba County!
We appreciate the Register of Deeds office working with us at Suttles Surveying, PA to move forward with accepting electronic plats.

Exciting Week! We never want to take for granted the most important thing that has changed how we process paperwork with the courthouse. We have been spoiled since 2010 with electronic recordings of deeds and other documents. The technology has just been updated to allow surveyors to electronically record! So just this week we were working on closing and the first electronic recorded plat in Catawba County was filed! This saved the surveyor a tremendous amount of clerical time and driving time. We know it will be a game changer for these surveyors who spend so much time on the roads.

We're pleased to announce two additional Professional Land Surveyors have joined us! Ronny Childres has 40 years of experience having been the head Surveyor at both Childres Surveying and Catawba Valley Surveying. Kyle Wolff (Western Piedmont Community College alumnus) comes to us from Abernathy and Associates (formerly Mallonee Surveying); both are very welcomed assets to the Suttles Surveying team!

We located some Microwave dishes today. Should have some photos to post tomorrow. Got the elevation on the towers so they can plat them on aeronatical charts.

Response to our page has been great, if you could share it with your friends that woudl be fantastic. Can never have too many fans. They got the A/C patched up, until the new coil can be made and installed. That will take 2-3 weeks. The staking on the New Bojangles in Morganton is coming along nicely. Noticed they have most of the brick work up on the building. So it will be bo time in no time.
