We need your help spreading the word!

The Egyptian Chapter of the Mid-Illinois REALTORS® Association has been awarded a disaster assistance grant from the Illinois REALTORS® Relief Foundation to help Coles, Effingham and Jefferson County households affected by storms.

Eligible residents may apply for up to $500 in disaster-recovery assistance to help cover housing-related expenses, including temporary housing costs, mortgage expenses for damaged primary residences, and certain unreimbursed disaster-related losses.

When disaster strikes, REALTORS® step up to support the communities we serve. We're proud to help connect local families with resources that can provide relief during the recovery process.

Applications are being accepted through Septmeber 23, 2026, or until funds are exhausted.

A morning well spent getting our hands dirty and our spirits blooming at Rend Lake 🌼
The Egyptian Chapter PR Committee and dedicated volunteers kicked things off with a hands-on lesson on identifying different types of trees. Then it was time to roll up our sleeves—some spreading mulch, others pulling weeds—all working together to care for the community garden.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, pitched in, and made an impact in our community.

What a fantastic day welcoming our newest members! 🎉

Yesterday's New Member Orientation was filled with learning, networking, and valuable conversations about the many benefits and resources available through our association. We're excited to have these professionals join our REALTOR® community and look forward to seeing all they accomplish.

☕️What a fantastic morning of networking at Subculture Coffee Co. in Mt. Vernon!

We had a great turnout filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and lots of collaboration.

I just wanted to share this in case it might help someone. I was unable to change and save a default on Connectmls and talked to support. They couldn't figure out why because my desktop was the latest version. They gave me the direct link and when I used this instead of going through the dashboard it worked!
