In-Home Consultation
A room by room in home consultation to provide specific suggestions as to changes to make to the home to appeal to potential buyers. A list of the suggestions reviewed during the consultation will be provided to the homeowner, along with the associated cost of each update should the buyer decide to use SCD to complete the updates. Home Selling Preparation
It takes a lot of work to prepare a home for the selling process. Organizing, scaling down, updating- all are a home selling necessity that can take a considerable amount of time and effort! The SCD preparation service is a one-day service which includes:
•De-cluttering and organizing an area to allow buyers to see all available space (storage solutions / bins provided)
•Re-arranging a room to present a more spacious layout
•Small decor changes to enhance the look of a space
•Straightening up to prepare the home for photos, an open house and showings
•Photos of the home for the MLS listing
Home Selling Preparation and Re-Design
Following the consultation, buyers can choose any or all of the suggested updates to be completed by SCD. The SCD preparation and re-design service may include:
•Interior painting
•Fixture replacement (lighting, faucets, etc.)
•Re-arranging a room to present a more spacious layout
•De-cluttering and organizing an area to allow buyers to see all available space
•Providing organizational solutions, where needed, which will also allow the buyer to maintain the organized space throughout the selling process
•Removing and providing storage containers for items that may distract buyers
•Decor changes to enhance the look of a space
•Straightening up to prepare the home for photos, an open house and showings
•Professional photos of the home for the MLS listing
HOME DESIGN SERVICES:
*These services are appropriate for current homeowners as well as new homeowners needing advice and/or services in regard to how to best utilize and decorate the space in their new home. Tenants can also utilize our services as we can offer suggestions that do not make any permanent changes to a home. Consultation
An in-home consultation providing suggestions as to ways in which to update or re-design a room. We can provide interior paint color and furniture arrangement suggestions, as well as specific decor suggestions. If the client has a look in mind or a picture that captures the style they would like to create, SCD can suggest cost saving resources in order to achieve the look. A list of the suggestions reviewed during the consultation will be provided to the homeowner. Design
Following the consultation, clients can choose any or all of the suggested updates / design plans to be completed by SCD. The SCD design service may include:
•Shopping and purchasing items for design plan
•Interior painting
•Executing the design plan by setting up the space according to the design
