Over the last 24 years or so I have spent an uncountable amount of hours "doing" real estate. Real Estate in Southern Illinois one thing that I take great pride in being able to present to new buyers moving into the Marion, Herrin, Carterville, Johnston City, Goreville, Lake of Egypt, Carbondale and other surrounding areas. People always seem somewhat amazed when they get here for the first time a
t the amount of attractions, activities, and amenities we do have here. We have the most beautiful landscape in Illinois I am completely convinced. Ferne Cliff, Garden of the Gods, Lake of Egypt, not the mention both side of the Shawnee Wine Trail, Bald K**b, Giant City Park and much more. Even as I am typing this I am amazed and feel blessed to live in such a beautiful area, where we do have cultural experiences, yet a very hometown feel. I take my biggest pride in being able to help first time home buyers find their new home, and just love being able to watch them grow and get ready to sell that home and move to a dream home to raise a family in. I have been selling real estate for almost 25 years, but have worked in real estate for over 37 years. I worked for a title insurance company in two other states and learned what goes into abstracting and closing home loans. I enjoy helping buyers get qualified for their home loans and helping to determine which loan is best for them by guiding to them to the best fit for the type they need. Selling homes in Southern Illinois has been challenging over the last couple years, but I have enjoyed learning the techniques needed to best assist my buyers and sellers. I enjoy being able to tell sellers their homes will sell and showing them the strategy I use to help them get their homes sold, for a price acceptable to them.
