Progress is moving along over at Bell Tower Lofts here in Marion!

Since we last updated in January, construction has continued steadily, with drywall going up and a lot of units starting to take more shape. Recently the new louvers for the tower were installed as well as many of the original stained-glass pieces have been reinstalled after they were taken to be refurbished.

From the dilapidated state it was found in to now, the transformation so far is stunning, and we can’t wait to see the finished product!

And that's a wrap on our Employee Appreciation Day!

Yesterday, the MGA team spent some much needed bonding time with each other. We first started out at AirFX Trampoline Park for some mini golf and other indoor games and then made our way over to Cliff’s Dive Bar & Grill for lunch and some karaoke!

We appreciate all the hard work that our team does on a daily basis and events like these help them unwind and have a little fun. Thank you to the team for making the day fantastic!

20 years ago today, after interning for Martin Design while in college, our now President and Principal Architect, Kyle, joined the staff under his father's leadership officially full time!

From the acquisition of Gardner Architecture in 2010 after the passing of Tom Gardner, to his father's retirement and his takeover of the company in 2017, Kyle has seen a lot in the architecture world these past 20 years.
