Indiana has officially passed new property tax relief legislation for disabled veterans through HEA 1210.

Beginning with taxes payable in 2027, qualifying veterans who are considered 100% disabled may now receive a 100% property tax exemption on their homestead property — and the previous assessed value cap has been removed. ❤️🤍💙

If you or someone you know may qualify, now is the time to start learning more and preparing documentation through your local county auditor or veterans service office.
