After opening The Armstrong Hub in Downtown Cedar Rapids in March of 2023, we saw firsthand how much our community needed a better way to work. We believe our local business community thrives when we have an inspiring place to connect and grow. Now, we are officially expanding to Marion with a brand-new, all-inclusive flexible office space!

Whether you are currently working from home, a traditional office, or anywhere in between — we’d love to work with you. We have turn-key private offices and meeting rooms right on Armar Drive (near Uptown Marion District, Carlos O'Kelly's, The MAC - Midwest Athletic Club, We Rock The Spectrum - Cedar Rapids, Keller Williams Legacy Group Midwest, The Dance Academy of Cedar Rapids, and Wholistic Wellness Clinic ).

Everything is covered in one simple monthly rate with no hidden fees or extra charges — ergonomic sit/stand furniture, lightning-fast fiber internet, parking all the way around the building for you and your guests, 24/7 access, modern meeting rooms with Zoom built-in, frequent community networking events, and all the coffee you can drink.
