To answer some commonly asked questions;
-We do accept Metro, unfortunately some units are not Metro approved
-Pets are accepted at most properties, with additional fees -$250 nonrefundable pet deposit and $75 monthly added to rent. Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions.
-We do take funding from PRC/GOODWILL/COMMUNITY ACTIONS/ECT.
-We do require full first month rent and deposit for move in.
-All of our units are nonsmoking.
-Units that are all utilities included do not include internet/cable.
