We are the local trade association for Mariposa County, including the communities of Bagby, Bear Valley, Bootjack, Briceburg, Cathey's Valley, Coulterville, El Portal, Fish Camp, Greeley Hill, Hornitos, Hunters Valley, Jerseydale, Lushmeadows, Mariposa Town, Midpines, Mormon Bar, Mount Bullion, Ponderosa Basin and Yosemite as well as other locations in the surrounding region of the Central Califor

nia Foothills. The Mariposa County Board of Realtors was established in 1975 and we became a REALTOR® Board in 1978. Our Members are dedicated to protecting local private property rights and helping families throughout the Mariposa County Area to achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Our Members are community minded and belong to various local organizations like Kiwanis Club, Mariposa Rotary Club, Free & Accepted Masons, Habitat for Humanity and V.F.W. Since 1976 our Members have helped raise and fund scholarships for our local students; to date MCBOR has awarded $71,200 in scholarship awards. Mariposa County is the home of Yosemite National Park so come on up the hill and see all that Mariposa County has to offer; lots of open space, clean air, friendly people and lots of fun and interesting things to see and do. The Mariposa County Board of Realtors supported the JCF Hospital Foundation by attending their annual Black & White Ball on November 9, 2024. Pictured are 2025 President Kelly Salonen and date, 2024 President Patti Radanovich-Sousa and date, 2025 Secretary-Treasurer Lulu Morehouse and AE Dianna Condell and date. Many other Realtors (not pictured) showed their support at this event. It was a wonderful evening for a worthy cause and a great time was had by all.

"If passed, Prop 33 will allow local governments to impose extreme rent control on single-family homes and condos; give unelected rent boards the power to set strict rent caps, including when a tenant moves out - which could dramatically reduce your property’s value. Furthermore, it will worsen California’s housing shortage by reducing the supply of new and existing rental housing, which will lead to higher rents that harm the very tenants Prop 33 claims it will help. Join me in defending property rights and keeping housing accessible by voting NO on Prop 33! "
