You have to love it when a plan comes together! My client had submitted an offer on this house back in August. Unfortunately his offer wasn’t the highest and the seller went with another one. Fast forward to November and I get a call from the listing agent to let me know that the original buyer backed out and if my buyer was still interested it’s his. We submitted a new, updated (see; less/below list price) offer and the sellers accepted it! 😊🏡💥

After a long, and sometimes arduous journey, we were finally able to close on my buyers *brand new* condo! Construction delays lead to closing delays but I’m happy to say we finally were able to sit down at the closing table….right before a blizzard. 😂

I know the wait was worth it for these 2 as this condo is a stunner! Here’s to many years of happy in your new home! 😊🏡💥

When I first spoke with my clients, who were relocating from Westchester County to CT, they told me that they needed to be within 30-45 minutes of Hartford because he was starting a consulting business in the Hartford. I put on my searching hat, emailed them listings that hit their boxes and we started touring houses from Canton to Ellington. One of the houses I emailed them was this super cute, completely updated house in Marlborough…my hometown. Not only did they fall in love with it, but our accepted offer was under the list price! 💪😊🏡💥

My client, who is in the armed forces was relocating from Alabama to CT. From the inspections, to replacing the septic tank, to meeting the appraiser, who helped me paint a few things that were missed by the seller, I had to make sure that when my client walked through the door he was excited. Thankfully when that day came it was all smiles! 😊🏡💥
