There’s a lot of advice out there about how to win a house in a competitive market. 🗣️

Sometimes that means making a strong offer. Sometimes it means being flexible. And sometimes buyers think they need to give up things like a home inspection to make their offer more appealing. 🫤

My clients ALMOST did just that. 🫪

But I encouraged them to take the time and invest in an inspection—not because I expected something to be wrong, but because I wanted them to know exactly what they were buying.

And I’m so glad they did.

The inspection uncovered a few things that were important for my buyers to know about, and having that information gave us the opportunity to address them before closing.
