Reading all kinds of comments on social media, about Airbnb now asserting we cannot set rules, such as clean dishes, put out garbage, etc.
We have always assumed these were basic, decent requests to ask of guests. However, we're surprised at the number of posts in support of these new rules....essentially along the lines of, "I pay a cleaning fee....why should I have to clean?".

What do you think?

EDIT: We are seriously considering dropping off the platform, and going to direct bookings only.

Fall is on our mind....sure. Mild temps, beautiful colors, crisp nights.
But do not pass on thinking about a Winter get-away!
Plenty of snow, almost surreal in beauty, cozy fires, and still plenty to do!
