The Negaunee market is picking up! The past few months have seen an increase in homes listed. Earlier in the year, Negaunee was fairly quiet.

Market Update:

April's numbers show a sizeable gap between median list prices and median sold prices.

Overall, listings priced under $500K are moving more quickly than those priced above $500K.

April's numbers show: a $189K gap between median list ($556K) and median sold ($367K) prices. Houses under $500K are moving quickly, while those above $500K are not moving as fast.
