Fogaroli Construction Solutions putting the final touches on a newly constructed home in Gwinn, MI today! Once the site of a county foreclosure home beyond repairs, the Land Bank demolition of the red house by Horseshoe Lake Dr, utilized State Land Bank Authority blight elimination fundsd that allowed for access to a grant program through Michigan State Housing Development Authority to build on the demolished site.

This project is part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) that local units of government have access to apply. Called "Demolition, Reconstruction, and Resale" an important detail here is that a family that makes 80% of the area median income, roughly ($46K - 66K combined) will get to purchase a quality home.
