Veridea Group Partners with G.E. Builders on New Home Construction at Hemlock Park
The Veridea Group today announced its new partnership with G.E. Builders of Negaunee for the construction of 26 single-family homes at Hemlock Park in Marquette. This partnership brings together over 60 years of combined development and construction experience to deliver Marquette’s newest residential neighborhood.
Hemlock homebuyers will have the opportunity to purchase completed homes or design their own home from Hemlock’s four model floorplans. They will work directly with Veridea’s in-house experts from start to finish.
Hemlock’s 26 home sites all feature a wooded setting, new public streets, underground utilities, high speed fiber optic internet, and access to walking and bike trails right out your door. The community is built within a 13-acre wooded preserve and is located adjacent to the NTN South Trails and close to downtown Marquette and the lake.

Hemlock Park’s model home and sales office will open in March and will showcase the quality construction, finishes and design work of this partnership.
