It’s one of the last weekends to visit Rustic Iron Orchard near Vesta — and it’s a fun local spot for family fun! From hayrides and apple picking to a corn maze and plenty of activities for the kids, it’s the perfect way to wrap up the fall season.

Fridays are FUN — especially when the right strategy pays off! 🙌
Working with Joel and Lynn (and Max and Sarah!) was a whirlwind.

The house was cleaned and prepared for sale perfectly!! We started strong with an offer on Day 1, then had to pivot when that buyer backed out. With the right guidance and some smart negotiation, we ended up with multiple offers, strong terms, and a smooth, successful sale!!!

Welp… Moving twice since July was not on my 2025 BINGO card, but here I am… back at my duplex! So for anyone sending Christmas cards (or bills 😅), my address hasn’t changed after all.

I poured my heart into that “new” home — I thoguht it’d be my forever home —renovations, plans, the whole thing — but in the end, it turned out to be the PERFECT fit for some clients of mine!! 🤩

Crazy to be selling it after 2 months of work — I havent even slept a single night there!!

But honestly, that’s what I love most about real estate: when both sides walk away happy, that’s a win in my book!!

God is good, His plans are better than mine, and I’m just along for the ride!! Literally I could not have wrote this chapter.

Cant wait to see whats next! 🙏🏼🏡✨

PS thank you to everyone who helped me move the first time, and to those that helped me move back “home” too. I still owe some of you some steaks lol.
