One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is falling in love with a home and assuming it's out of reach before we even explore the options.

Send me the homes you've been saving, stalking on Zillow, or driving past on your way home. 👀

Sometimes the monthly payment is lower than you think.
Sometimes there are loan programs that make it possible.
Sometimes there are opportunities to negotiate that buyers don't even know exist.

The worst thing that can happen is we find out it's not the right fit.

The best thing that can happen? You end up with the keys to a home you didn't think was possible. 🔑

After more than a year of searching, countless showings, and a whole lot of patience, my buyers have finally found the perfect place to call home.

While I'm so excited for this next chapter and for them to enjoy retirement in their perfect little home, I'll definitely miss our frequent calls, texts, and house tours. It's bittersweet when a journey comes to an end, especially with clients who become friends along the way.

Now they have the perfect place to sip their morning coffee, enjoy their afternoon tea, and take in the view they've been dreaming about.
