After more than a year of searching, countless showings, and a whole lot of patience, my buyers have finally found the perfect place to call home.

While I'm so excited for this next chapter and for them to enjoy retirement in their perfect little home, I'll definitely miss our frequent calls, texts, and house tours. It's bittersweet when a journey comes to an end, especially with clients who become friends along the way.

Now they have the perfect place to sip their morning coffee, enjoy their afternoon tea, and take in the view they've been dreaming about.

The market around Chester County and Cecil County has definitely been picking up lately!

We’re finally starting to see more inventory hit the market, which is creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers. While inventory is improving, there are still plenty of active buyers out there waiting for the right home to pop up.

For buyers, having more options means less pressure and a better chance at finding a home that truly fits your needs. For sellers, well priced homes in desirable locations are still moving quickly and attracting strong interest.

The market is shifting, but opportunity is still very much there on both sides.

For sellers, inventory is still relatively low overall, which means serious buyers are still actively watching the market every single day waiting for the right home to pop up. Well priced homes in good locations are continuing to move quickly and in many cases still receive multiple offers ✨

For buyers, having a little more inventory hitting the market means more options, less pressure than we saw over the last couple years, and a better chance at actually finding a home that checks your boxes without feeling rushed into the first thing available 👏🏼

Inventory is still moving quickly throughout both Chester County and Cecil County, but buyers are finally starting to see a little more opportunity compared to the craziness of the last few years. Well priced homes in desirable locations are still moving fast, especially homes with land, updated interiors, or homes in great school districts 🌿✨
We’re still seeing multiple offer situations happen, but buyers are gaining a little more negotiating power in certain price ranges and with homes that may need cosmetic updates. Interest rates are still affecting affordability, so pricing strategy is more important than ever for sellers wanting to stand out and attract strong offers 💰
I work throughout both Chester County, PA and Cecil County, MD daily, so I’ll be sharing local market updates, trends, listings, and insight from both areas all month long 👏🏼
