We are still in need of at least 6 more applicants to qualify for the Housing Rehabilitation Grant. Please share with anyone you may know that can benefit from this grant. Again, the home owner has a $0 contribution. Improvements to the house include but are not limited to: Plumbing, Electrical , Insulation, Windows, Roof, HVAC, Doors, Flooring, Siding, etc.

The City of Marshall is applying for its second Housing Rehabilitation Grant. This is a great opportunity for lower income families located within city limits to upgrade their homes at no cost to the home owner. Please review the attached flyer for details.
