One year in real estate. 🏡🤍

When I started this journey a year ago, I gave myself what I thought was a realistic goal: *close two transactions in my first year.*

I ended year one with SIX. 🥹

But more than the number of closings, I’m incredibly grateful for the people who trusted me to be part of such a big moment in their lives. I’ve genuinely loved helping my clients, learning their stories, working through the unexpected, and getting to hand over those keys at the end of it all.

I’ve also loved being part of our Property Connections Group. Having a team of people to learn from, lean on, laugh with, and celebrate alongside has made this first year even better.

And a huge thank you to LaDarius for mentoring me from the beginning, answering approximately 47,000 questions 😂, and helping guide me through some pretty interesting situations along the way. There have definitely been a few “well, this is a new one…” moments this year, and I’m thankful I’ve had someone in my corner to help me navigate them.

Year one stretched me, taught me a LOT, and reminded me why I wanted to do this in the first place.

I set out hoping to help two families.

I got to help six.
