Casey State Bank’s roots reach all the way back to 1880, and since 1968, the bank has remained family-owned and operated. Through all those years, one thing has remained at the heart of what they do: community. You see their support all around us.

Casey State Bank has even made community giving a tradition. Through its Community Bank Month initiatives, the bank has supported dozens of organizations throughout the communities it serves, and it continues to offer scholarships to graduating seniors from area high schools, including Casey-Westfield. We love supporting our local businesses. Meet Kyle with Xsite Contractors!

Every Main Street has a story. Ours has characters.

Meet Kyle, owner of Xsite Contractors and the first face in our Casey Main Street Characters series.

Kyle has spent 18 years in the construction industry, learning the trade from the ground up. But somewhere along the way, building became about more than houses, roofs, remodels and pole buildings. It became about building a business, building a team and creating something with room to keep growing.

Today, his role at X-Site looks a little different than when he started. He’s still involved in the projects, but much of his focus is now on the bigger picture, managing his team, making smart business decisions and looking for the next opportunity.

And opportunity is something Kyle has never been afraid of.

Over the years, he’s owned eight different businesses, ranging from bounce house rentals to an investment company. He describes himself as someone who enjoys seeing potential in something: a business, a property, a home or an idea and figuring out what it could become.

Kyle and his family have only called the Casey community home for about two years, but they’ve put down roots quickly. They’ve grown X-Site here, invested in and improved local properties, built new homes, supported organizations and events, and found a community where business and family can grow together.

One tradition that has already become a favorite? The Casey Popcorn Festival, especially participating in the parade alongside X-Site employees, family and their kids.

For Kyle, success isn’t simply about making a company bigger. It’s about relationships, reputation, calculated risks, surrounding yourself with good people and never stopping learning.

And the goal moving forward?

To continue building X-Site into a company its employees are proud to work for, customers trust, and his kids can someday look at and be proud of what their family built.

That’s the person behind the place you know.
