Melisa Fonseca, Broker/Realtor

👩🏻‍💼 Happy National Boss’s Day! 🏡 ¡Octubre también es un mes especial para mí porque marca 7 años en el negocio, desde que obtuve mi licencia en 2019!

In real estate, we’re all our own bosses in many ways! And being a broker means taking on a little extra responsibility, too! 😉

From planning and paperwork to serving our clients and leading a team, there’s always something happening behind the scenes.

October is also a special month for me because it marks 7 years in business, since getting my REALTOR’s license in 2019!

What started as a career has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue building it alongside two great team members, Antonio and Rene.

Thank you both for being part of Alta Vista Real Estate and for the work you put into helping our clients reach their real estate goals. We each bring something different to the table, but our shared goal remains the same: providing great service and helping our clients navigate their next move with confidence. 🏡

Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, or simply exploring your options, we’re here and ready to help!

Real estate is what we do, but the wins outside of it are worth celebrating, too! ¡Felicidades, Rene, por este gran logro dentro y fuera del campo! 🏡⚽️🏆

Rene and his team took home the championship in the Iowa Champions League final in Des Moines with an impressive 8–1 win!

Congratulations, Rene! 🎉⚽️

Lunch + Learning + Lender Things = Better Client Service 🏡✨

Always a good time connecting with Leiah Paustian at Guaranteed Rate. Agradecemos mantenernos informados sobre las actualizaciones de préstamos y aprender más sobre los programas de asistencia disponibles para nuestros clientes.

Cuanto más sepamos, mejor podemos conectar a nuestros compradores con los recursos adecuados y ayudarlos a navegar su experiencia de compra 🙌🏽 The more we know, the better we can connect our buyers with the right resources and help them navigate the path to homeownership. 🤝🏡

Grateful for our lender connections that help us better serve our clients!
