This year, the Marshalltown Central Business District is excited to introduce several new events aimed at expanding our community outreach and bringing more energy downtown.

We want to give everyone an opportunity to review the upcoming dates and choose which events you’d like to participate in. Therefore, we are opening up this form for you to say which events you want to participate in. Limited trucks on some events.

2026 Open Event Dates:

Rev Up Downtown — Wednesday, May 27 | 5:00–7:00 PM

Ridiculous Day — Saturday, July 25 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Rally Around Downtown — Wednesday, August 19 | 5:00–7:00 PM

Sock Hop — Wednesday, September 30 | 5:00–7:00 PM (Dessert Trucks Only)

Selected food trucks will be notified after review, as MCBD is committed to providing fair and equal participation opportunities.
