Last week we held a ribbon cutting for the Willards and Hopkins buildings. Located on West Main Street downtown, the Chamber office and Marshalltown Central Business District occupy the first level of the Hopkins building while the Willard’s building is still available for retail space. Both buildings have upper story housing. Cutting the ribbon is Developer & Owner Janelle Carter.
