Another staged home officially off the market!

When we staged 2801 Autumn Woods Dr. in Cedar Falls, our goal was to create a home that felt warm, welcoming and easy for buyers to imagine themselves living in.

We used a mix of warm wood tones, soft neutrals, earthy greens and a little rust for contrast, while making sure the furniture showed off the scale and function of the open-concept living spaces.

And 33 days after staging? SOLD. 🙌

Staging isn't just about filling an empty house with pretty furniture. It's about helping buyers understand the space, creating an emotional connection and making a home stand out from the competition.

There's a difference between furnishing a house and creating a home buyers remember.

Every decision in this Skogman Homes Cove floor plan was intentional.
From the warm wood tones carried throughout the home to the layered textures, soft color palette, and thoughtfully scaled furniture, every space was designed to help buyers imagine their everyday life here.

When staging is done well, buyers aren't focused on the furniture.
