✈️ Out of Office, but On the Hunt for Inspiration! 🛋️✨

We're trading staging installs and design consultations for showrooms, furniture finds, and a whole lot of inspiration at High Point Market in North Carolina!

From October 16–21, we'll be exploring the latest in furniture, lighting, textiles, and design trends, all with one goal in mind: bringing fresh ideas and beautiful finds back to our clients here in Iowa.

While we're away, staging installations, removals, and consultations will be on pause. We'll still be keeping an eye on emails and messages, but responses may take a little longer than usual.

And don't worry, we'll be taking you along for the ride! Keep an eye on our Stories for sneak peeks, favorite finds, and maybe a few things we absolutely don't need but can't resist. 😉

Now that the Cedar Valley Parade of Homes has officially wrapped, we can finally share this one in its entirety.

We had the opportunity to stage this beautiful Skogman Homes Parade Home, and this project went far beyond the typical main living spaces.

From the living room, kitchen and dining room to the primary suite, home office, kids’ bedrooms and lower-level family spaces, every room was intentionally styled to help visitors understand how this home could actually live.

And then there’s the hidden speakeasy. 🥃 Because apparently we needed to save a little drama for the basement.

Throughout the home, we layered warm neutrals, rich woods, organic textures, soft curves and touches of rusts and greens to create a cohesive feeling without making every room feel the same. The goal was never simply to fill the spaces. It was to give each one a purpose, create an emotional connection and help people imagine themselves at home here.

This was one of those projects that really allowed us to show what strategic staging and intentional design can do throughout an entire home, and we loved bringing it to life.

Now the important question: which room are you claiming? Because that speakeasy is making a VERY strong case. 👀

Staging 2 Sell It was proud to be a Hole Sponsor for the inaugural tournament, and I may be a little biased, but it was pretty exciting to see this event come together after months of planning. 😉

A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored, donated, golfed, volunteered, and rolled with all of our weather curveballs.

Supporting our local community is something I’m incredibly proud to be a part of, both personally and through S2SI.

Year one is officially in the books! 🏌️‍♀️

As we wrap up the 1st Annual MCBD Golf Tournament, we want to give one more HUGE thank you to the local businesses and organizations who stepped up to support our first year.

⛳ RAIN DELAY = BONUS REGISTRATION TIME! ⛳

Mother Nature may have postponed our first-ever MCBD Golf Tournament, but she also gave you a few extra days to get a team together. 👀

We’re officially teeing off THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH at Collison’s Par 3!

Grab three friends, coworkers, customers, or whoever claims they have the best short game and come spend your Sunday with us. We’ve got:

Hello, fall 🍂

The first day of fall feels like the perfect excuse to revisit this Skogman Home we staged in Waterloo.

When we stage, neutral doesn't have to mean colorless. Here, warm rust and camel tones paired with deep navy, natural wood, and layered texture bring warmth to the space while still keeping the home itself front and center.

And apparently we were a little ahead of the season because this palette is feeling very right today. 🤎

Proof that staging doesn't have to be colorless to appeal to buyers.
