๐๐พ๐ผ๐ฝ ๐ผ๐ธ๐ต๐ญ!
Being on the seller end was quite the change for meโฆ
I found myself caught up in all kinds of emotions with the final sale and closing of our little farmhouse and piece of heaven. Accepting an offer within 6 days of listing was bitter sweet.
Nearly 14 years worth of memoriesโฆthis home saw the birth of my 2 youngest babes, itโs where my son and I harvested his first bucks, where we had bountiful gardens, amazing neighbors, 4-wheeler trails, countless evening bonfires, ghost-in-the-graveyard escapes, sleepovers with friends, yard tent camping, 56 birthday celebrations, too many trips around the country blocks on runs, to grandma and grandpaโs and to the farm than we can count. And SO SO many remodel projects completed.
Itโs where I dreamed up and started both of my businesses, and where I developed the most amount of personal growth and belief in myself. It was my second home as an adult, and one I purchased 3 times over, from renting to own, to eventually purchasing, to buying again on my own after divorce, and then refinancingโฆ
It was a long hard goodbye, but at the same time, I felt so incredibly proud of myself for leaving it better for the next family to enjoy.
This chapter in my life is officially ๐ฌ๐ต๐ธ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ญ. And Iโm more than ready for the new one to unfold.
