Hey everybody just a friendly reminder from this Home Inspector to you, Winters coming and with that comes the heating season please have your furnace cleaned and tuned by a qualified HVAC tech and keep a clean filter in the furnace and last but most important keep all the snow away from your exhaust and intake pipes outside the home

Hey everybody, just a friendly reminder even though it’s air conditioning season you still need to change your furnace filter, a dirty filter can cause freeze ups of your A coil and outdoor condenser, thanks and have a great rest of your summer

Don’t forget to remove the snow off metal sheds, the roofs are not made to support this much snow

Just a reminder with all the snow we have gotten lately please make sure that you clean all the snow from around your furnace intake and exhaust so no one gets carbon monoxide poisoning
