Welcome Spring! Time for some spring cleaning and home maintenance projects. Ongoing small repairs can prevent much larger problems in the future. Keeping your home in tip-top shape year-round is SMART!

Here are my top 10 recommendations to tackle around the house this Spring:

1. Clean up that yard.
2. Wash your windows.
3. Check your roof for any Winter damage.
4. Clean out gutters.
5. Clean and/or replace AC filters.
6. Deep clean your dryer vent and other appliances.
7. Clean and repair screens...the bugs are coming!
8. Pressure wash decks/fences and check for damage.
9. Paint! Some surfaces may be overdue for painting.
10. Drain your water heater to clear out sediment.

Doing all of these things just before selling is wonderful for the next homeowner as well!
