Hello! I hope everyone's doing well. CTL Hometown Properties has a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, +1,500 sqft home available to rent on 5/1. We are accepting applications and vouchers, first come first served. Home is currently occupied. You are welcome to view photos online.

Rent is $1,200 per month or $900 for section 8.

Please review our leasing requirements provided below very carefully. The home is currently occupied. It will be available 01MAY. If you would like to apply please email us at [email protected] to complete a background and credit check. Please include every person’s full legal name and email address for each person over 18 years of age. We will then send a link to complete the application.
The home will stay listed until an application is approved, accepted, and a non-refundable holding deposit of $900.00 are received. This deposit is to hold the home. If you pay the deposit and later decide not to rent this home, the home will be relisted and you will forfeit the holding deposit. If you rent the home, the holding deposit will be put towards your leasing security deposit.
* Application fee is $50 per adult and will be screened by USAA which will include a background and credit check
* Security Deposit = 3 times total rent
* No pets
* No smoking
* Renter responsible for all utilities
* No evictions
* No bankruptcies
* No convicted criminals
* Cannot owe money on another property
* Credit score must be at least 550
* Income must be at least 3 x rent (before taxes)
* 12 month lease
* Renter must purchase and keep renters insurance
