This couple right here. I have to say, this process with them has taught me more than any transaction yet. When Taylor and Kyle told me they were ready to sell the home they started their family in, I was so happy for them. Happy to help them navigate through the home selling process and to help them find their dream home. They needed something bigger that would fit the lifestyle they’ve grown into over the years, especially with welcoming another sweet baby boy this coming July. From selling their first home, to buying a new one so many years later, they had a ton of questions. Which I’ll admit, I didn’t always have the answers to. But we managed to get the sale of their home under contract in a matter of just 13 days, and then under contract for the purchase of their new one just 4 days after that.
I couldn’t be more happy that they chose me to represent them. They’ve grown so much in the last 4 years that I’ve known them. I can’t wait to meet that sweet baby boy this summer! Congratulations on your new home!!! 🥰
