This morning I attended "Coffee & Conversations," hosted by the RGA Legislative Committee, on recognizing the signs of human trafficking and abuse.

We heard from Hannah Palmquist (GA Attorney General's Office), Aimee Hall (Augusta Safe Homes), and Staff Sergeant Daniel Caston (Columbia County Sheriff's Office). It really hit home how much access REALTORS have. We're inside homes strangers never see, meeting landlords, tenants, and buyers every day. That access comes with a responsibility to notice when something feels wrong.

Grateful for local organizations like Augusta Safe Homes doing this work in our community. If you're a fellow agent, these resources are worth seeking out. 💙
