Welcome to Two Two Four West King Street, a historic building with a brand new energy. Recently purchased and fully renovated by Martinsburg Real Estate Partners LLC (Chris Janelle, Mark Sutton, Randy Conrad and Eric Lewis), the building is now home to seven businesses and features shared meeting spaces and reception area, a full kitchen and a full court basketball court. Anchored by Sutton & Janelle, PLLC, Ours, Lawyer, Lewis & Company, PLLC, and e-Close Title, Two Two Four West King also now houses Ferro Solutions, XLC Services, Remax 1st Realty and Colliers International. Formerly the YMCA and City Hall, the building was constructed in 1908 and has now been a fixture in downtown Martinsburg for over 110 years.
