Thanks to both agents for doing their part and my buyer/seller for being prepared and ready to list her house in less than a week after we ratified to purchase. We didn’t need a home sale contingency, which made making an offer and being accepted effortless!

What a week last week 💕 I had the Top Producer for 2025 with EPBR event, 2 closings, and a few new clients.

For my first year without a bi-weekly check that I can depend on, I’m pretty proud of myself. I have to thank my clients for trusting me through one of their biggest financial decision’s of their life and to many more years like this or better!

I also have to thank my husband and kids for believing in me and taking this opportunity to excel.

Side note: My kids always say, “When are WE getting paid?” While I’ve never seen them write a contract or coordinate showings/inspections/closings 😆
