Here's What You'll Find at THE HUB
We are a communal space that contains 20 private offices. Depending on your needs—daily, weekly, monthly, or much longer—we’re capable of providing you with a wide range of professional options to maximize your success. But that doesn’t mean we’ve overlooked your need to decompress, unplug, or even forget about work for a while. You'll find that we've considered
just about everything you could want in a professional workspace (without having to own it). The Community:
We appreciate that HUB users will comprise some of the area’s most creative and independent professionals, so we want to provide an atmosphere that not only inspires but also lends to business success and interaction. A full-time HUB staff member will get you sorted out from the moment you enter the lobby. Four public work areas provide space for up to 50 individuals at full capacity on the main floor. Daily Use
If you are looking for a place to pop in and get some work done, we offer a $ 25-day pass to come in and use our communal space to conduct work. You will be provided with coffee, water, and wifi and a range of seating for your level of comfort. If you need a conference room or private office for the day just let us know! The Offices
If you require additional privacy or space, we have three offices that can be rented out daily and 20 offices that run on a year basis lease. Our executive members and tenants have access to the building 24/7 as well as the communal space, utilizing a key fob security system. The Extras
THE HUB also boasts three conference rooms – distinguishing the facility as a full-service professional headquarters. And just in case you were wondering, the rest of THE HUB includes mail service and full use of our communal business center. Outside, THE HUB offers 117 metered parking spaces (monthly Martinsburg parking permits are provided to full-time tenants and executive members). Events
THE HUB also serves as a premier event space – designed to accommodate all your needs. Baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, and much more! Our common area can host events for approximately 50 people comfortably. Give us a call and we will work to suit what best fits your needs.
