You might have heard this many times, but you'd be surprised at how many people don't get pre-approved before they begin their home search.

The top reasons why you should care:

1. You'll know your price range prior to shopping
2. It makes the process fast, convenient, and easy.
3. Better equipped to make an offer on "the one"

Most sellers will not take an offer seriously without that pre-approval letter. Shoot over a DM to be one step ahead.
