Spring is keeping things moving across the Eastern Panhandle, and April gave us a good look at where the market is heading.

📍 Berkeley County
292 new listings | 206 homes sold | 38 days on market

💡 What this means:
More homes are hitting the market, which gives buyers more options. At the same time, homes that are priced right and presented well are still moving quickly.

📍 Jefferson County
228 new listings | 108 homes sold | 45 days on market

💡 What this means:
Inventory continues to grow, creating more choices for buyers. Sellers can still do very well, but pricing and preparation matter more than they did a year or two ago.

📍 Morgan County
51 new listings | 33 homes sold | 42 days on market

💡 What this means:
Morgan County continues to be steady. Buyers looking for a little more space or a quieter pace are still finding opportunity, while sellers are benefiting from continued demand.
