It has been quite awhile since the last update. The house is coming right along. We are in the home stretch now. Drywall is up, deck is nearly finished, all new plumbing, electrical, and of course insulation. We are in the home stretch and can't wait to show the final product!

Dormer is now complete, roof is all sealed up, and we started the new deck. This is the first week the weather has been cooperative. (Thankfully) We made it down to the creek which runs along the property. Pictures do not even begin to cover how beautifully peaceful it is. Another week in the books here at Dey! Some roofing was completed. We've added a Dormer to the second master bedroom. The basement stairs have been rebuilt and finished the framing for the utility/laundry room!

Not too much to update for week 3/4. Took down some walls and did lots of reframing. Master suite will be gorgeous! It has been decided the house will be 3/4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Two master bedrooms (1 master suite and 1 master bedroom) The property also sits on just under 3 acres and will feature a laundry/utility room, finished basement, 2 wood stoves, central air, barn wood style flooring and granite countertops. Stay tuned for many more updates!
