Not only is it a substantial financial investment, it is also a very personal experience, as it will be your home for years to come. As a Long and Foster Realtor, I promise that you will receive a superb level of personal service. I will guide you through all the steps and decisions that must be made during a purchase or sale. I am a lifetime resident of Berkeley County WV, and familiar with most of the surrounding area's. Thirty-five years experience in all phases of construction and remodeling has provided me the knowledge of what sells a home and what buyers are looking for. Owning my own business in both contracting and cabinetry has taught me the importance of customer service (i.e. listening to what the client wants and delivering hassle free quality results). At Long and Foster Realtors, we have perfected combining the world of technology with the personal nature of real estate. By doing this, your real estate experience will be as easy and stress-free as possible. To make everything even simpler, all of your real estate needs can be met through our family of affiliated companies: Prosperity Home Mortgage Services, for your financing needs; Crawford Law Group, for your closing needs; Long and Foster Insurance for home coverage plus HMS Home Warranty (which offers the Long & Foster Home Warranty Plan) and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®. We can even help you connect your utilities or relocate your family across the country! All this helps to save you valuable time and effort. Feel free to contact me at anytime, whether it’s just to get an update on the market, ask a question, or get started realizing your goals and dreams. I will be happy to explain the unique services that we offer, and how I can help you realize your dream!
