Time to Spring Forward! Sunday is Daylight Savings Time!

Spring Newsletters have been sent out by email to all tenants. Mowing season is almost here and we have a new procedure to follow for grass violations, so be sure to check it out!

We are without power at the office. We should still be able to recieve calls and take payments, giving handwritten receipts.

Please don't forget over the next 7-10 days to watch the extreme lows overnight. We are forecast to be anywhere between 7-19 degrees most nights. Keep your faucets dripping and cabinet doors open under sinks to keep your pipes from freezing. Frozen pipes are not a maintenance emergency.

We would also like to let our tenants know that we now have the ability to send and receive text messages to and from our office phone number. This may be used when communicating with you during afterhours emergencies or if we are unable to get you on the phone or unable to leave you a voice message.
