Week 2 of 100 Days to Greatness is in the books! 🎉

We had some great wins to celebrate, including one agent adding 62 people to their CRM this week! We also talked through some challenges, and the modules led to some really good conversations around building our businesses and putting what we’re learning into action.

I’m really enjoying the opportunity to lead this group and learn right alongside them. Already looking forward to Week 3!

When this opportunity presented itself, I knew it was a “heck yes” for me! 🙌 I immediately sent the email to raise my hand and hoped I’d be selected to lead the program for our Charles Town/Martinsburg offices… and I was!

Today was Day 1 of 100 Days to Greatness, and the people and conversations clicked so organically. We have a great group with different experiences, perspectives, and goals, but everyone showed up ready to learn, grow, and support one another.

I’m looking forward to seeing where this group is 99 days from now!

By 9:15 AM this morning, my clients were officially the proud new owners of this home! 🏡 They saw the potential and have great plans to give it the love and attention it needs to truly shine.

We toured many homes in several different areas, but ultimately landed on a great opportunity in the town that was at the top of their list. I’m so excited for them and can’t wait to see what they do with it!

We showed up, we showed out, and we closed in just 20 days! 🎉

The sellers put their trust in me, and we did the dang thing! A cash offer, $12,000 over list price, AND favorable terms. Talk about a win-win! 🙌

Another great day in the books for West Virginia Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy! 📚

We kicked off the day with Lynn Hamilton, Lead Instructor with Samson Properties, who helped us dig deeper into how we communicate and connect with others. A huge thank you to my broker, Nancy Williams, for providing lunch for our group. We all enjoyed it!

We wrapped up the afternoon with Vicky Fields, owner of Elevate Your Team, who was absolutely wonderful! She continued our focus on communication and challenged us to think about how we connect with others, work together, and show up as leaders. She kept us engaged, laughing, and thinking throughout the afternoon.

We ended our session by sharing something a little more personal, why each of us gets out of bed every morning and what truly motivates us. Hearing everyone’s “why” brought some pretty heartwarming moments. It was such a meaningful way to end the day. ❤️

We finished the evening with a delicious dinner at Potomac Ridge Brewing and, as always, lots of laughs and good conversation.
