EDIT: Our rain barrel workshop is now at full capacity, and we are no longer able to distribute additional rain barrels. We encourage everyone to attend to view the demonstration by EPCD Floyd Kursey and to learn about the many benefits rain barrels provide. Thank you all for the outstanding turnout and continued support. We are excited to see Martinsburg taking steps toward a greener city and cleaner water.

Martinsburg Stormwater here and we are hosting our annual Rain Barrel Workshop on Saturday, May 9th at the Farmers Market (location has changed to King St. by the library this year) at 10:00 am. Floyd Kursey from the Eastern Panhandle Conservation District (EPCD) will demonstrate a rain barrel installation and MS4 staff will discuss their benefits and maintenance.
