I was honored to attend the Grand Opening of the American Legion Berkeley Post 14 Veterans Engagement Center at their new home 300 East Stephen Street Martinsburg. A large group showed up on the rain to show support. So glad I could be a little part of it! If you or someone you know is a veteran, please have them reach out to the American Legion about their upcoming events.

One of my favorite things about my job is being involved with the local business community. I enjoy attending Ribbon Cuttings because it is sort of like a Birthday party for a new business! Large and small these businesses help provide our products, services and jobs to our community. In the past week I have been able to attend five Ribbon Cuttings!
