💃🏼 FRIDAY CLOSING! The title company called me this morning and said “Can we close this today?” A quick phone call to my seller and, why yes, yes we can! I had to apologize for showing up in yoga pants and a sweatshirt. 😂 I wasn’t prepared for a closing today but I will always pivot for that! I’ve sold two houses to my clients Shannon and Mike and they asked if I would sell Mike’s parents home. It was such a pleasure to do so. What wonderful folks! I’m so grateful when I get repeat business. Busy day!

💃🏼CLOSED AND a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW! I helped Josh, his wife & two kids buy their dream home in January. A big beautiful home in a picturesque setting on rolling hills in Virginia. When it came time to sell their starter home in WV they called me for the job. I am always so grateful for repeat business! That tells me I did a good job the first time around. 😊 Yesterday we closed on that home. We received multiple offers and sold at $10,000 over our sales price! What’s more, they were so happy to know that their home went to a young couple with two children of their own who fell in love with it. Smiles all around the closing table yesterday! Today I was surprised and grateful to see that Josh had left me a wonderful Google review. Made my day!
👏🏼😊

💃🏼CLOSED! I met my buyers over the phone in the beginning of 2025. They lived in ID and wanted to sell their two homes there and move here to be close to family. We started our search virtually. In the meantime, their son and daughter-in-law in CO also decided to move here, so they sold their home, packed up the RV and made their way here and were staying in an RV park. (No pressure! 😅) I found them the perfect home and they were happy as clams. Took the folks a little longer as they had two homes to sell first, and the home they chose to buy was still under construction. Well today was the big day! They are moving in as we speak!👏🏼😃
Sometimes my interaction with clients is brief, and other times I am in communication with them for months, even years. I take pride in establishing relationships with people so that I can truly be a help to them…no matter how long that takes! 😊🏡 🔑

💃🏼CLOSED! My seller was very happy to turn this beauty over to its new owner today. Bonus… I met a new agent that was so pleasant to work with. In my business, it matters!

2 UNDER CONTRACT! 💃🏼 Shew! Such a long day, but fruitful! I was at the office until after 8pm. I put 2 homes under contract…one for my buyer and the other for my seller. I have a counter offer out on one of my listings, and I showed 3 homes to another buyer.
I’m taking the weekend off!

💃🏼 Weekend Hustle‼️ Yesterday I showed a restaurant for an investor client, and two homes to 2 different buyers. Today I put this home under contract for my sellers after our price reduction a few days ago. We are beyond thrilled! Productive couple of days! (Now it’s time to do laundry!😅)
