Pending!

Congratulations to my first-time homebuyers! I was introduced to this sweet couple a little over a year ago, and at the time, they just weren’t quite ready to buy. They made the move from out of state to Indiana, rented for a bit, and waited until the timing was right.

A couple months ago, they reached back out and got preapproved with one of my trusted lenders. We looked at a few homes that just didn’t feel like the right fit, and there was no rush — we were waiting for the right one.

When this home came along, they took their time, went back for a second showing, and knew it was the one. Together, we carefully structured an offer that worked for their budget, and now we’re officially pending!

Next up: inspections and appraisal. Let’s keep this moving!

We drove over an hour away with 7 houses planned to see. We ended up looking at 5 of those houses and wrote an offer on this one. This one had some competition so we had to be creative with our offer.... our strategy worked and our offer came out on top! I'm extremely excited for this young couple to have a fresh start in another town closer to their families.
