This guy was the true LeBron of the Tamroc team this week. He single handedly busted out the flooring in an entire house in a week and demonstrated an amazing work ethic. Remember the house with the giant plumbing sculpture in the middle of the room? It's don and we're finally ready to set up this gorgeous short term rental in Southwest Harbor. Not gonna lie, we are about 9 months later than we wanted to be on this one. Maine contractors are a special breed. If you want a list of who to avoid, we're happy to share. The good ones are now our best kept secret!

This is the one that started it all!

22 years ago we took a leap into our first multi.

That we turned into condos.

Which paid off our student debt.

And helped us build our forever home.

I honestly don't know how many houses we have owned since then, but this one will always beone of my favorites.

Despite the drug dealers, roaches, break-ins, roof leaks, and tears! Boy, the stories we can tell!!

This is the one that taught us enough about real estate to know it was our true passion.

There is no greater letdown for a landlord than having a tenant that destroys a nicely renovated apartment. Sometimes, no matter how hard you screen people, bad ones will slip through.
