Hey everyone! 👋 It’s been a minute since I last posted, but I had to jump on here to say a massive THANK YOU to every one of you who’s cheered me on while I’ve been building my own home inspection company!
These past (almost) two years have been nothing short of incredible—I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible, met the best people, doubled my inspection volume from year one to year two, and created something I’m genuinely proud of. • Residential Home Inspection (up to 3,000 sq ft)�$375 – $450
• Pre-Listing Inspection�$250 – $400 (based on square footage)
• Commercial Building Inspection�$500 – $1,000+ (priced by building size – contact me for a quick quote!)
• WDO / Termite Inspection (required for VA & FHA loans)�→ $150 standalone�→ Only $75 when added to a residential inspection
• Septic Dye Test�→ $125 standalone�→ Only $75 when added to a residential inspection
• 4-Point Inspection (insurance requirement)�$175 – $275
• Water Testing (well water or city water – bacteria, lead, nitrates, etc.): $250 standalone | $185 add-on
Inspection reports are completed the same day as the inspection!
