As someone who lives in this neighborhood, I can honestly say it is such a special place to call home. The sense of community here is rare and something I’ve really cherished. From our neighborhood beach gathering on the 4th of July to Oktoberfest and other community events throughout the year, Emerald Pointe is such a welcoming and connected neighborhood.
This home at 108 Long Pointe Drive has been very well cared for and is conveniently located near Hurlburt Field, Navarre Beach, shopping, dining, and everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.
