Inventory nears 2.6M and homes sell in about 30 days, with first‑time buyers reaching 32%. **For STL area home sellers/buyers, these stats are right in line with our area EXCEPT in the more desirable areas homes priced appropriately are going under contract in fewer than 30 days.
