*Mission Expansion Announcement*

Since 1987, Care Train of Union County has provided food vouchers to eligible families with children up to 13 years of age, disabled adults and senior citizens. This year, however, the Care Train made the decision to expand it’s mission to serve families with children 14-18 years of age. The 501© (3) will continue partnering with Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to ensure recipients meet the eligibility requirements to serve this additional population.

Executive Director, Shannon Bugg is confident, “the community will rise to the occasion to ensure no child goes hungry this holiday season, especially our county’s teenagers who need support now more than ever”.
