As Director of Operations, Natalie is the person helping make sure all the pieces come together behind the scenes.
From the moment a client goes under contract through closing day and beyond, Natalie helps manage the details, timelines, communication, and countless moving parts that keep a transaction moving forward.
But her role has never been JUST about organization.
Natalie genuinely loves helping people.
Before real estate, her background in retail management and sales taught her the importance of listening, problem-solving, and creating an experience where people feel taken care of. Those same qualities are at the heart of what she brings to our clients today.
She’s also the person helping us stay connected long after closing—whether that means client events, answering a question, celebrating a milestone, or simply making sure our clients know we're still here.
Outside of work, you’ll find Natalie exploring Columbus for a new restaurant or drink spot, traveling to a new city, cheering on the Blue Jackets, or enjoying a night at home with her family.
For Natalie, legacy is found in the details—the way you care for people, show up for them, and make their experience a little better along the way.
