Nothing better than handing keys off to young people buying their first home! I think everyone should own a piece of Real Estate as early as possible so they can take advantage of earning more equity and have their home paid off while they are still young. We have Daniel on a plan to where in a few short years he is going to either cash out refinance and put his equity into a HOUSE instead of a condo, while he rents out the condo to have some extra cash flow 💰!!! OR he’s going to sell the condo and use his profit to buy a house.
